By registering or downloading any images from Europa Newswire, you agree to the terms below. If you're acting on behalf of a company, these terms apply to both you and your employer.

1. Account Access

Once approved, you’ll receive a username and password. This login is for your use only. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use or share any images until we issue a license or written permission.

2. Limited License

After full payment, we grant you non-exclusive, limited rights to use the image as outlined in your invoice.

You do not own the image.
You cannot resell, reuse, share, or edit the image beyond what’s licensed.
Any unauthorized use is a copyright violation.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required immediately upon purchase. No credit or delayed payments accepted.
Editorial uses only Licencies. No credit or delayed payments accepted.
If you cancel your license after it’s issued, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

4. Deletion of Images

Within 2 years of use, you must delete or destroy:

All digital files (including backups)
Any printed or distributed copies

5. Required Credit Line

All public uses must include the required photo credit and copyright notice.

If credit is missing, the fee doubles.

6. Model & Property Rights

Unless stated otherwise in the photo metadata: ALL IMAGES ARE EDITORIAL USE ONLY!

No model, property, or trademark releases are provided.
You're responsible for making sure you have the legal right to use the image.
Europa Newswire is not liable for any issues related to rights or permissions.

7. No Alterations

Do not edit, retouch, or add anything to the images unless we give you written permission.

You are responsible for any legal claims if you modify a photo without approval.

8. Termination of Rights

If you break these terms, your license ends immediately.

You must stop all use and delete all versions of the photo.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of New York State, USA.

All disputes must be resolved in New York courts.
If Europa Newswire wins a dispute, you will be responsible for legal fees and costs.
